Get First Aid is proud to partner with Australian Paramedical College (APC) through a “Clinical Placement and Employment Industry Partnership”. This partnership offers APC students and graduates valuable Clinical Placement experiences and potential job opportunities through their event medical services.
Who are APC?
APC is Australia’s leading specialist college for pre-hospital emergency and non-emergency healthcare. They have a strong commitment to giving individuals the skills and confidence to start a career that truly makes a difference.
In operation for 10+ years, APC has assisted over 1,000 students to build their careers in the healthcare sector, beginning life-changing and life-saving careers as medics, patient transport officers, medical emergency services officers, or starting the pathway to becoming a paramedic.

GFA AND APC
As an Industry Partner of APC, GFA offers students studying the HLT51020 - Diploma of Emergency Health Care and HLT41120 - Certificate IV in Health Care the chance to conduct their Clinical Placement under the direct supervision of our qualified responders. This allows students to put their clinical knowledge to the test before becoming qualified healthcare professionals themselves.
APC graduates who chose to conduct their Clinical Placement with GFA are welcomed to apply to our recruitment drives and become permanent members of GFA in a paid position.
