From humble beginnings in Regional NSW, Get First Aid started as a small two-person operation with Ryan and Alison at the helm in June 2018. Since then, we have grown into a highly respected team of over 85 clinical staff across NSW, ACT, and QLD, able to accommodate large national events.

Our growth and dedication have been recognized with the Excellence in Large Business Award in 2025 and a finalist in the 2025 NSW Far South Coast Awards a testament to the high standard of service we provide.

The GFA Operations Team is the backbone of our event medical services, ensuring every detail is managed from planning through to delivery. With decades of combined experience in clinical care, management, logistics, and event planning, our team works across metro and regional areas to coordinate staff, streamline operations, and guarantee reliable coverage.

From large-scale festivals and sporting events to community gatherings, the Operations Team makes sure each event runs smoothly, safely, and with the right people in the right place at the right time.

Ryan Deale

Ryan Deale is the Director of Clinical Services at Get First Aid, with more than 10 years of clinical experience and over 6 years in management. He brings extensive expertise in emergency response, training, and event medical operations, and is passionate about safety, innovation, and building strong, capable teams.

Alison Deale

Alison Deale is the Director of Operations at Get First Aid, with over 10 years of management experience and 6 years of clinical expertise. She focuses on logistics, long-term contracts, and operational leadership, ensuring seamless delivery of medical services across major events. Alison is recognised for her precision, foresight, and commitment to both her team and the communities GFA serves.

Event Administration (NSW Regional and Metro)

Narelle Charlton

Narelle Charlton is the Event Administrator for Metro and Regional NSW at Get First Aid, with over 2 years of event planning and management experience. She specialises in coordinating staff movements and ensuring every event is fully covered, supporting smooth and reliable operations across diverse locations.

Event Administration (NSW Mid North and QLD)

Eva Watts

Eva Watts oversees operations for Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, and both regional and metro areas of QLD. She plays a key role in coordinating event coverage, managing staff, and ensuring GFA delivers professional, reliable medical services across multiple regions.
